AT&T's Technology Development Program (TDP) is an international two-year full-time program designed for junior-level professionals to join the AT&T Israel R&D global teams as fully-paid employees.

Everything you need to know

What is the duration of the TDP program, and what does it include?

The program duration is two years, after which you stay in development teams and continue working in AT&T. The program starts with about 2 months of training, focusing on technical and personal skills. Afterwards, you will join one of our engineering teams with a mentor to guide you and continue growing through real-world projects.

Is the program hybrid?

During training period (around 2 months), it is full-time onsite at the AT&T Israel R&D Center in Airport City. After the training period, currently, office days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Days and location might change per the company’s needs.

Where is the program conducted?

The initial training takes place at the AT&T Israel R&D Center, located in Airport City. After this, participants will meet as a group once a week at the office. We also have an office in ToHa TLV, and the work will be according to target team needs.

When does the program officially start?

While the recruitment process starts in March, the program itself is expected to start early July 2026. Dates might change per company needs.

Which technologies and tools will I learn and use during the program?

During the training we'll work with Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript, TypeScript and React.js. The program emphasizes modern development practices such as testing, CI/CD, Docker, SOLID principles, and clean code and utilizing AI-driven engineering tools and AI-First development practices.

What happens after the initial 2-month training period?

After training, you will join an engineering team to work on real projects. You will continue learning and growing, with the help of a mentor. You will have the opportunity to work with more than one team on more than one product during the program.

Can I apply if I have no prior programming experience?

Yes, you can apply if you meet both of the below requirements:

1. You have a degree (or will graduate in 2026) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.

2. You have 0-1 years of experience in SW development.

How many steps are there in the recruitment process, and what do they include?

- Application: Applications are open for around 48 hours.

- Online Assessment: This may include LeetCode questions, problem-solving, coding and others.

- Homework: You will complete a cool homework assignment that simulates real-life code challenge

- Technical Interview: Questions may focus on your homework, data structures, algorithms, OOP, but not exclusively.

HR Interview: We will get to know you and discuss your skills, experience, and goals.

- Final Interview: With the program lead, covering technical and/or personal skills.

- Job Offer: If successful, you will be offered to join TDP!

How can I best prepare for each step of the recruitment process?

For the technical steps, focus on solving “LeetCode” questions, algorithms, data structures, OOP. There might be other types of questions as needed.
